Request greenUP! Account Deletion

In compliance with user data privacy policies, users are welcome to request that their account be closed or user data be deleted from greenUP! ‘s data records.

1 – Please return any outstanding containers to one of the participating restaurants. If outstanding containers are not returned, the $15 lost cup fee will be charged to the credit card on file.

2 – Send an email or any questions to developer@greenupnv.org  from the email address used with your greenUP! account. Let us know if you would like your membership to be canceled, or for privately identifiable data to be deleted.
