Nevada Day
Since 2019, greenUP! has been proud to partner with Nevada Day organizers and local businesses to help make Carson City’s annual celebration a little more sustainable.
In past years, greenUP! has released limited-edition commemorative stainless steel pint cups that parade-goers could purchase and reuse at participating business during Nevada Day and after! The cups offered a practical alternative to single-use drink ware while giving local restaurants, bars and vendors a fund way to be part of the community’s waste-reduction effort.
We are still exploring what this year’s Nevada Day program may look like. If the commemorative cup program returns, we will update this page with details about cup sales, participating businesses, discounts and other ways to take part.
