Sapphire Arana-Ramos

Sapphire serves as the Green Dining Coordinator for Southern Nevada, collaborating with restaurants to establish sustainable business practices. A Las Vegas native, her mission is to introduce eco-friendly technologies to POC (people of color) and underserved communities. Sapphire's dedication to environmental equity drives her efforts to build a greener and more sustainable Southern Nevada.
